Costco
Hot dog. Violent intense abdominal pain, cold sweats for 3 hours, finally culminating in projectile vomiting at 1:30 am this morning, then diarrhea. This the second time a Costco hot dog makes me sick. The other time was at the Guadalajara Costco in Jalisco, Mexico. on Christmas Eve of this year. Same thing, excruciating pain and cold sweats for hours then, projectile vomiting. I've learned my lesson. The only thing I'll touch at a Costco Food Court from now on is a diet coke. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
