Had a chicken/cheese sandwich sample at Costco in frozen food aisle. Could tell immediately that it wasn't sitting right. 3 hours later I'm vomiting and have nausea and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
