Not sure if it was the pork rounds or spinach. About 4 hours after my meal, I got violently ill... diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, temp went very low with cold sweats. I called a nurse who said I could be experiencing shock, with the low temp and cold sweats, and that I should hang up and go to the emergency.
