I bought pork chops and ribs Kirkland brand at the first of the month and froze them that same day. Thawed out some pork chops in the fridge for 1 day. I cooked the pork chope the night of 5-24-18, My fiance ate them for lunch on 5-25-18. She had all of the symptoms of food poisoning around 10pm, lasted roughly 18 hrs before she could eat. Thawed out ribs overnight and prepped to be cooked on 5-28-18. We both had the ribs around 7pm. I had all of the symptoms by 3AM 5-29-18 through this morning i had cold sweats all last night, a little over 24 hrs. She had one symptom of throwing up at 7am, her immune system was brobably built up from the pork chops. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My wife and I both ate steaks and mushrooms from Costco in Robinson on 29 May 2018. The next day, we both experienced severe stomach cramping and weakness. I'm not sure if it was the mushrooms or the steak....
