Last night 12/1/23 I ate dinner at Costco around 8pm. I had 2 jumbo hot dogs and a slice of cheese pizza. My girlfriend only had the pizza because she said the hotdog smelled sour. We also had a cinnamon churro. I had a Pepsi to drink. Around 1am this morning I woke up with Nausea and Diarrhea. This turned into vomiting and diarrhea all day long. It has to be the food I ate, this is the most sick I have ever been. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
