PORK SAUSAGE I cooked 3 pork sausages from fresh pack of 18 unopened and purchased the previous day. (these were bought straight home and refrigerated). about 3-4 hours later I was constantly vomiting sausage and violently being sick. I was eventually hospitalised with food poisoning when I became very weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
