Additional information: 24hours later, I’m still sick and weak. I went Costco on 11/01 and I ate some food samples. They are Hawaiian bread and sandwich meat, Indian styled yogurt with blueberries. Few hours later, symptoms started. At night I had headache, vomiting, stomach pain and couldn’t sleep whole night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
