My family ate at Costco food court at around 7:40PM, March 12, 2024 after shopping. We had a whole pizza, an original flavor sundae. All of us got fever, diarrhea, severe vomiting, and stomachache about two hours after the dining. The symptoms haven’t gone away 20 hours later as I’m typing right now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
