I ate a good amount of Cilantro and Lime Bitchin Sauce, with tortilla chips and about an hour later, had the worst stomach pain of my life? I have now proceeded to throw up twice. I haven't eaten much else of anything else other than this.

Got a slice of cheese pizza for dinner from Costco. Woke up violently ill at 1am and have been experiencing very bad diarrhea and stomach cramps. Feeling nauseous but no vomiting. The stomach craps are extremely painful.

Ate polish at 11am, loose stools around 4-5pm, by 9pm it was straight water coming out until about 3am. Queezy today but no more action. Pepto helped I think.
