我的家人在购物后于 2024 年 3 月 12 日晚上 7 点 40 分左右在 Costco 美食广场吃过饭。我们吃了整块披萨，原味的圣代。用餐大约两小时后，我们所有人都有发烧、腹泻、严重呕吐和胃痛。20 小时后症状还没有消失，因为我现在正在打字。

Ate polish at 11am, loose stools around 4-5pm, by 9pm it was straight water coming out until about 3am. Queezy today but no more action. Pepto helped I think.

Bought Rayberns Philly Cheese Steak Sandwhichs from costco. Thoroughly cooked one and 6 hours later was hugging the toilet for 12 hours straight, some of the worst food poisoning I have ever had. It's been 3 days now and still recovering, and not 100%. Also are hard…
