Ate a hot dog with mustard and relish at about 3:00 p.m. on 12/13/2016. Started feeling dizzy and nauseous at about 6:00 p.m. Vomited at about 8:00 pm. And continued to feel nauseous for 24+ hours. Slept a lot for those 24 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
