Chili Causing Severe Illness - Costco, Granger Indiana

February 28th, 2024.  Just last night. Costco chili my husband bought yesterday afternoon. My husband called Costco this morning.  He spoke with the assistant manager.  He said we would receive a refund and to throw it away.  My concern is for the next customer or child who gets this. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
