This is the third time I’ve been violently ill after eating the cilantro lime crema in the street taco kits. I wake up with severe stomach cramps, neck and back pain, nausea( feeling like I need to vomit but can’t) I’ve avoided eating this on many occasions because the sauce looks congealed when I open it, but I forgot to check it before using it last night and got sick again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
