I ate brocolli from Costco yesterday. Within an hour I had a horrible stomach ache, was throwing up, diahrrea. It was one of the worst food poisonings I’ve ever got in my life. I almost had to hospitalize myself. Never buying produce from Costco again. Yikes

It might have been spinach and premade chicken salad from there but not sure I ate the chicken salad with spinach for dinner around 7pm. Woke up with severe stomach aches around 3am. Didn't realize my body wanted to throw up until I went to the Restroom. Threw up about 6 times over about 5 hours
