Nov 21 2023, called in pizza for pick up. Took home to eat. Others got the runs, I ate the most and got runs, sick, and vomits. Felt better after it came out both ends. First time from Costco, normally no troubles. Scared to try it again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
