Obtained package of hot pockets on Saturday Aug 23, 2025. Had One last night and had stomach pain, chills, fever, and nausea. Had one today and experienced same symptoms. Wife had two this afternoon and is now vomiting and has diarrhea.

Pizza Causes Digestive Distress

Nov 21 2023, called in pizza for pick up. Took home to eat. Others got the runs, I ate the most and got runs, sick, and vomits. Felt better after it came out both ends. First time from Costco, normally no troubles. Scared to try it again.

Romaine Lettuce Illness Alert

Ate a small salad of romaine lettuce on 11/26 around 8pm. Became sick around 1am on the 27th. Went to the hospital around 10am.
