Additional information: I immediately notified uber eats i could not eat the sandwich or French fries because of the high salt content and tingling in my mouth along with the headache and chest discomfort I do have high blood pressure.i plan on taking the food back to bjs in the AM | Symptoms: Headache, Chest Pain
