Last night for dinner my wife, my son and I all ate chicken sausage purchased at this Costco location. My wife and I also ate salad from organic lettuce purchased at this location. About three hours after eating I felt a lot of nausea like I was on the verge of going to vomit. Later that night my wife did vomit. My son who did not eat the lettuce felt fine. The lettuce was the organic brand they sell in the large package. There is like six heads in the pack. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
