Mac & Cheese Illness Suspected - Costco, North Brunswick Township New Jersey

It was either the prepared mac and cheese or the prepared chicken Alfredo but it was the only thing that I ate and about 5-6 hours later I awoke to severe stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, headache, body aches(mostly the joints), and feeling weak. I bought 5 other prepared foods to fill the fridge but I will not be eating them and need to try to get a refund. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
