Friday, January 2 between two and Three P.M. I went to Costco in Glendale Arizona to put gas. I was hungry and I entered the food Court and I paid for a turkey Travalon sandwich. After I ate it. My stomach was Feeling. Funny I went home a couple of hours later. My head was swollen with pain. It gradually hit me with a fever chills. Saturday morning. I couldn’t even walk because I had stomach pain. I took ibuprofen 500 mg. I drink Theraflu tears for the cold and fever but it would not go Away Sunday. My wife took me to the ER. They gave me morphine, ultrasound. CT scan, and my pancreas was inflamed. They prescribe medication that they give to people for pain after surgery. Today is January 6. The first day that I came out of the house and worked a little bit. My stomach still Feels. Strange. I’m weak and I am in a street liquid diet. I believe the sandwich was not cooked right or the turkey meat had salmonella. I wanna file a complaint. I went through pain and suffering. I have the paperwork, and I have the date and time from my bank statement when I went in there and purchase a drink, and the turkey prevalent sandwich that they make. this happened in Glendale Arizona de Costco en Glendale. Please Help me get compensated for my pain and suffering. That is my complaint. This happened at the food court you pay for it. You handle the receipt. They gave you the food. The only proof I have is my bank statement date in the amount. I paid for the Travalon sandwich turkey sandwich. As far as the receipt is concern I handed it to them. That’s what people do when they order from the food court hotdog, pizza, or the sandwich. Coffee drinks, Ice, Cream, Whatever, they have. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Gas, Weakness
