Pork Lasagna Illness Persists - Costco, San Antonio Texas

A few days ago I went to Costco and purchased a premade pork lasagna. I cooked it correctly and had some for dinner. The next morning I felt a little weird, but I thought it was just allergies, but then everything I have eaten since has either been thrown up or caused prolonged diarrhea. That was 2 days ago and I am still very sick this morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
