Food I ate yesterday - felt effects this afternoon, suntropics Tapioca Boba Pudding with coconut milk Side Effects: stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea, bloat.
I just looked at their website to see if I could find out the ingredients. When I ate it I detected a spice that was not listed on the label.
Amazon also listed locust bean gum as an ingredient. I don't think the guar gum or locust bean gum have the taste of the spice I tasted.
Also, the product: Tapioca Boba Pudding with Coconut Milk is not listed on their website. It must be discontinued.
