I bought Wasabi Poke and Spicy Poke at Costco on Saturday June 4, 2016. A few hours after eating I developed nausea, severe abdominal cramps, headache, chills and was sick for about 18 hours. I called the store manager, Montel, and he said he would refund my money and that could fill out a form that would be sent to their vendor. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Chills
