On 3/24/2017 my husband pre-ordered 2 whole pizzas for pick up at the Cosco in Antioch, Ca, one Whole combo and the other half Pepperoni and half cheese approximately around 6pm.On Saturday evening we started to feel under the weather with stomach aches and head aches and weakness. On Sunday morning, my whole family and I ranging from 6 months, 2 years old, 8 years old, 15 Years old, my husband and I all had diarrhea from the morning and we we're constantly vomiting the whole day trying to figure out "WHY & HOW" we all felt this way ... what was the one common thing we ALL had ... PIZZA! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Headache, Weakness, Stomach Pain
