Purchased 2 lb. container of SABRA ORGANIC SIMPLY ROASTED PINE NUTS HUMMUS, best by 09/09/2018, (20G18), 09:45 L2, Costco #301875. On August 12 2018 had some with chips at 11AM. At 7PM suddenly became extremely dizzy, then experienced diarrhea and vomiting, along with profuse sweating, extreme weakness. Went to the ER, had a multitude of lab tests done, diagnosed as a Staph Food Poisoning. That was the only product I had eaten within the past two days that was a new food, everything else was stuff I'd been eating with no issues, and which I've continued to eat with no issues. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness, Sweating
