We went to costco for a few items, on the way out me and my wife decided to grab a quick snake from costcos food court it was 6:30pm. I got a hotdog and a Pepsi. She got fries and gravy. About 9:30pm the wife had diarrhea and a couple hours later she started vomiting. My 1 am I got diarrhea fever, bad stomach cramps headache. My wife and I had the same symptoms until today September 18 2024. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
