Ate a slice of cheese pizza at 11:43am, vomiting and diarrhea for 15 hours. Called Health link and was directed to go to the emergency department, went to emergency and received IV saline for dehydration. Still suffering with diarrhea 2 days later | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
