I ate at Cove Thursday for lunch. Had fish tacos, and fries with ranch dressing. Friday morning I didn’t feel great, and by 11:30am I was throwing up and had diarrhea. It’s currently Saturday evening and I have a splotchy red rash on my chest and abdomen. The vomiting has stopped, but still have slight diarrhea and a headache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
