Fried rice Went to dinner on Dec. 10. Woke up 4am with diarrhea. Vomited at 4:30am. Fever and headache that afternoon lasted until the next afternoon. Now on the 13th I’ve lost 3 pounds and still having nausea and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
