Severe Illness After Salad - Cozumel, San Miguel de Cozumel Quintana Roo

San Miguel de Cozumel, Quintana Roo, Mexico

Got violently ill with fever. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Paramedic and doctor from resort came to iv me. Legs felt like jello, very disorientef and weakness the rest of the week. Took 2 weeks after we came back to the good ole USA to finally get better. Ate salad and fruit while in there. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
