Ordered a house salad with my meal with ranch dressing. When I return I became sick with diarrhea and vomiting. Had a fever and bad headaches. I slept for two days as well as not eating. I know it had to be the lettuce as my husband didn't have a salad. This was our first is it to Yuma at this store | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
