Ordered a house salad with my meal with ranch dressing. When I return I became sick with diarrhea and vomiting. Had a fever and bad headaches. I slept for two days as well as not eating. I know it had to be the lettuce as my husband didn't have a salad. This was our first is it to Yuma at this store

Shared Chicken Salad Illness

My wife and I both had different menu items, how ever I took one bite of my wife's chicken salad, and also had the same symptoms however much less severe. She was sick for about two weeks, said she felt she was dying. Dr said it was text book food poisining case.
