I believe it was the frozen banana, I had it mixed with milk and yoghurt that had not expired in a smoothie. The banana seems to be the only possible culprit. 7 hours later I was violently I’ll for 5 hours straight - vomiting and diarrhoea was relentless then I was ok again.. It was from coles | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
