Cancun Resort Illness Mystery - Buffet, Cancún Quintana Roo

Not sure what got us sick. We were staying at here.
We did eat at several on-site restaurants. We ate at the buffet a lot. They had a lot mixed drinks with ice. We did visit a couple cenotes. After some research, I read that’s the cenotes have a fecal coliform due to high tourist demand. We also did a dolphin swim. With all this, it’s very difficult to pinpoint where I got sick. My symptoms came on June 18th to present day June 23rd. Started with diarrhea and nausea around 7am. Got back home that same day with no energy and very nauseas. My symptoms have gotten worse every day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
