Vanilla shake Slim Fast in plastic bottle. Drank half on the way to work, started having stomach pain within 30 minutes. Pain worsened progressively and felt nauseous. Finally vomited at work and felt slightly better. Its been about 3 days now and my stomach is still tender and sore. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Soreness
