Vanilla shake Slim Fast in plastic bottle. Drank half on the way to work, started having stomach pain within 30 minutes. Pain worsened progressively and felt nauseous. Finally vomited at work and felt slightly better. Its been about 3 days now and my stomach is still tender and sore.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Soreness

I can't say 100% but I ate Smashburger a few days ago and had the most pain I have ever felt along with a ton of gas and issues. I finally felt better and figured it was just a stomach bug. Well, now I have eaten there again and got the same symtoms!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas

Turkey and provolone sandwich with tomatoes, onions and cherry pepper relish. 3/16/18 for lunch. Symptoms started 6-8 hours after and lasted about 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
