Walleye Dinner Causes Colitis - Culver's, Saint Anthony Minnesota

1 year ago reported by user-hydnq788 business

Culver’s, Silver Lake Road Northeast, Saint Anthony, MN, USA

4004 Silver Lake Road Northeast, Saint Anthony, 55421 Minnesota, United States

On 3/8/24, about 8-9 hrs after having their walleye dinner (a late dinner, at about 8:30 pm), I woke to severe stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, and then a lot of blood, which took me to the ER/ED for the better part of the day where a CT scan diagnosed it as colitis. The only reason I know it was from this meal, is because it was the ONLY thing I'd had to eat since the day before. And nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Still waiting to get the hospital bill, which I'm sure will be several hundred dollars.

I had E coli and have kidney failure and heart failure im 18 and im normally in hospital on the week ends due to breathing difficulty and vomiting | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool

Based on the symptoms (e.x. bloody stool) you had experienced after eating that food, you had been contracted with the E. coli O157:H7. You still need to follow up with a physician because it could also lead to kidney failure too.
