Kale Salad Causes Illness - Cultures, Vaughan Ontario

I had a kale salad at Cultures Restaurant on Dec. 15, 2018 around 12:30 pm. About 2-3 hours after I ate the salad, I began feeling waves of nausea. This lasted another few hours before I started to vomit. Sure enough, I was vomiting out the kale salad (had chunks of carrots and radish in it so I know it was the kale salad I had there). i threw up for several hours. At the same time, I started feeling really weak (probably the result of lack of electrolytes), started shivering and had a fever. I was exhausted, slept the night and woke up with similar symptoms and still feeling nauseated. This lasted for about a day and then i was fine. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
