Chicken Tenders Cause Illness - Culver's, Wayzata Minnesota

I ate two chicken tenders with ranch. A few hours later my stomach blew up like a balloon. I looked a few months pregnant. Went to sleep. At 1am I started tossing and turning because I was nauseaus and a fever started. 5am I had to run to the bathroom and puke. The rest of that morning I stayed in bed because of the fever. Then I decided I would go to urgent care in case it was something more serious. Got diarrhea while I was there and they said I did indeed have food poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
