Additional information: Ate 2 fish sandwiches at Culver’s on 41 came home and laid down started shaking, couldn’t talk and started vomiting violently. 2 days later and I am still not over it | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Shaking
