I ordered a Pretzel hamburger yesterday from Culver's and there was some type of horseradish sauce which seemed to linger in my mouth and didn't taste right. This morning I woke up with chills and severe body aches. I can't be a hundred percent certain if this was the cause but I do remember the taste of the mayonnaise type horseradish mouth which tasted spoiled. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache
