I ordered grilled chicken salad last night and a couple hours later I had diarrhea all night and currently at the moment. I woke up with a headache. Later today I came down with a fever 101 degrees and I’m constantly suffering from chills. I can’t get warm! Can someone tell me what’s wrong with them? I eat there all the time and this has never happened. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills
