Fast Food Illness Symptoms - Culver's, Kokomo Indiana

Ate Sunday evening (4-22-18) around 5pm. Symptoms started about 70 min later. Dizziness, diarrhea, chills throwing up and nauseous. It’s currently (4-23-18) 9:30 pm and I’m weak, stomach is sore and I have intermittent diarrhea. Haven’t eaten anything.
