on September 3rd, purchased a Superfood Salad and Supergreen Shake. Ate less than half of the salad. Shortly after felt a pain in area of descending colon, then headache, horrible diarrhea nausea and slight fever. Sick around 8 p.m. until late evening next day. The business itself had great choices and the staff was great. The salad appeared very fresh. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache
