I was reading about people who were poisoned about fruit gushers because I just opened and started eating a pack of fruit gushers and they are extremely dried out and hard as if they were already opended. Should I not eat it?

Update: This Fruit Gushers box with a bad batch of fruit gushers which were completely hard and stale and probably was an open bag or bag that was not sealed properly inside of a box, which caused immediate upset stomach and nausea as well as nausea the following day, and was purchased from here | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
