I bought a grilled chicken bowl around 11:00 AM, but by the afternoon, I began experiencing discomfort, including vomiting, cramping, and stomach pain, which left me unable to stand. I spent two days lying on bed before starting to feel better and finally being able to eat some food

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: chicken terriyaki bowl
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
