I stopped in for a quick bite on July 6th. Ordered some type of melted cheese mushroom burger combo between 2 and 3pm. I woke up around 2-3 am with stomach cramps the eventually led to diarrhea and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
