Suspected E. Coli from Burger - Dairy Queen, Edmonton Alberta

Bought a double stack bacon delux burger and a cup of Ice water with extra ice around 130pm on November (Wed) 20, 2024. I got home at ate the burger by 2pm and had some water, then had severe cramps and diarreah by 2:30-3pm. I had bloodwork/ecg/urinalaysis done on Thursday morning. Alot of my bloodwork is messed up with possible e coli now. The burger and ice water was the only thing Ive ate on that Wednesday and I had to fast before my bloodwork. Today I still have stomach cramps and diarreah as soon as I drink water. I tried a piece of sourdough bread but it went right thru me. I just wanted to properly document this should any outbreaks occur. My receipt is saved on the app and my lab results are documented too. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
