Had an order of the 6 piece flamethrower chicken strip combo with fries and toast, ranch dipping sauce. Had severe food poisoning after, vomiting like every 30 minutes for about 8 hours. Diarrhea intermittent about every 1-2 hours. Couldn't keep any bit of fluids down. It was the only thing I ate that day, felt the illness about 6 hours after consumption. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
