Dairy Queen
Ate a medium blizzard. Asked for peanut butter cup but got one that was mixed with several different toppings, but didnt want to drive back to return it... Wish I had at this point. Horrid abdominal cramps diareah for the past 8.5 hours, feel sick to my stomach. Will never go to a Dairy Queen again they are always so dirty. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
